[request] remove pipes 6000/S limit

I have encountered a problem with the pumps in the 5dim's mod - new transport that do not work because the base game pipes have a limit of 6000/S.
I reported the problem to the creator of the mod but I was ignored so I kindly ask if it is possible to create a mod that solves this problem.
