Allow browsing recipes from the Remote View

TL;DR
Add a setting for browsing Recipes menu by pressing E while in remote view (instead of opening Ghost cursor menu)Why?
Multiple reasons:- Basically, it's a old habit to check recipes in a crafting tab (and that how it worked in Space Exploration's Navigation Satellite)
- Unlike Factoriopedia, crafting menu hides recipes you have not yet unlocked (ghost cursor hides them too)
- Unlike Factoriopedia, crafting menu shows you important info on-hover instead of on-click: ingredients, crafting time, made in ("ghost cursor menu shows such info, but only for "simple" recipes)
- Also, pressing E is way faster then opening Factoriopedia and navigating to required tab (because Alt-clicking on the ground opens that ground's page)
- Also, you still can ghost cursor from crafting menu by Q-picking
