[QOL] Controls Settings search feature should show bindings from mods whose name matches the search query

For example, if I search "beltrouter" like this:
It would be very convenient if it would display the controls from the mod I have installed with "Beltrouter" in the mod name.
Currently the search only searches the names of the bindings (as well as the bindings themselves).
