[v453000][2.0.34] New virtual signals sometimes hard to read

The new virtual signals are nice but their light colour and lack of background makes them almost impossible to read in certain contexts.
Adding a semi-transparent dark background greatly improves visibility without appreciably changing how they look on display panels or in the icon picker.

In this picture the station has the name [virtual-signal=signal-speed][virtual-signal=signal-clock].
[virtual-signal=signal-speed] is unmodified but [virtual-signal=signal-clock] has been modded to add a #1f1f1f7f background

Here is another image showing circuit wire conditions on a power pole and showing that the semi-transparent background does not significantly impede reading the signal colour.

They have visibility problems in combinator description fields, too, but only when the text field is active. This case could be resolved by changing or removing the text field highlighting.
