Is there a difference in productivity between producing Legendary quality 3 modules these different ways?
- Build quality 3 modules with regular stuff. Loop through recyclers and electromagnetic plants to upgrade regular quality 3 modules to Legendary quality 3 modules.
- Build Legendary green, red, and blue chips, then combine normally to get Legendary quality 3 modules.

After about a day of playing, I'm able to answer my own question.
It's definitely better to create quality 3 modules, then cycle those through to legendary quality.
It's better because there's not a good way of making legendary superconductors. Superconductors don't recycle into smaller parts, and everything that superconductors go into making are relatively complicated things.

So, it's best to make the level 3 quality modules (with regular superconductors) then make those level 3 quality modules legendary.
