Interplanetary Science Transporting

Ok, so I'm really confused as to how to set up automatic science transportation between planets. I have science being produced on Fulgora & I have the rocket silo set to have 1000 science sent to my ship that's above the planet once there's enough in the logistics network. The science is being sent up no problem but then the ship just sits there. I have the cargo landing pad on Nauvis requesting 1000 electromagnetic science but I dunno know which of my ship's wait conditions to adjust to make the ship actually return to Nauvis. Everything appears green like the criteria of all the wait conditions are met but the ship never heads back to Nauvis. I attached a screen shot of my ship's setup & would greatly appreciate it if any one can tell me why it won't go back to Nauvis or if you could provide me with a simple transport ship setup with an explanation of exactly what needs to be set on the wait conditions for it to transport the science to Nauvis, drop it off & then go back to Fulgora for more.

Welcome to the forum.
Your issue actually seems to be similar to
122727 Space platform wait condition UI doesn't match logic,
120281 Space platform not leaving,
124480 Bug with the ‘All requests satisfied’ condition,
124826 Platform Schedule Highlighting incorrect.
Also see
Wait condition visualisation: show explicit "completed" state.
Some of your wait conditions are "Circuit 25k thruster fuel/oxidizer > 25k".
As I guess you have one storage tank per fluid only, and it can contain maximum of 25k fluid, those conditions will never be true.
Try to decrease the limits to 24k.

This is what I was going to suggest. Those bars
appear to be fully green, but in reality they're not, because with a single tank, your contents value will never be ">" 25,000
You need to update that condition to use > 24,999 if you truly want a full tank, or just plain ol 24k since its close enough.

Here's a related feature request:
Train/Platform fulfill conditions should have a different color when filling up.

This works for discrete item/cargo/circuit values.
Not so much for continuous fluid values, where rounding skews things (and fluid dynamics may make filling a pipeline to 100% unintuitively long).

Without seeing the whole spaceship (and how many thrusters), I suggest 20k per tank should be ample for any voyage in the inner solar system.
