The tooltip seems to assume that the satellite does still exist, even when SA removes it
While yes it is technically possible for the mod that's adding its own automatic send_to_orbit_mode item to change this tooltip, I think it would make more sense for the tooltip to just be different if SA is installed - I'm not sure it's entirely reasonable to expect any mod that wants to add such an item to also change the locale for this

This is now fixed for the 2.0.34 release
(If the satellite doesn't exist it will pick the first item it finds with a rocket launch product as the example)
