Hello Factorio support!

I just bought Space Age, but I'm unable to activate the game on the site or download the game. I bought it from the main Factorio page, which sent me to Humble to purchase. I completed the purchase, and tried to use the given code to activate it, but got the message that I'm missing a necessary membership prerequisite. Does buying Space Age not also add any dependencies to the cart when you buy?

When I went to download the game, it took me to the purchase page again, but the second time also didn't work. I do have two separate charges of $50.45 on my card, for $100.90 total, which I think is my mistake for going to the purchase screen a second time. What steps should I take to cancel one of the orders and activate the remaining one?

Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

Did you buy the game "Factorio" and did you upgrade your account with the code you received? If no, then you need to do that, if yes, post the screenshot of https://factorio.com/profile after logging in but cover the email address.

Ah, I see. No I just bought 'Factorio: Space Age', not 'Factorio' as well. So I need to buy Factorio separately for Factorio Space Age to activate? I'd thought they were separate items since they're both described as upgrades to the base account, that's my mistake. So to get space age is it $100.90 total?

Would it be possible to just refund the two space age transactions? I'm sorry for the trouble.

Yes.

The account itself is free, when you buy a license you get a code to upgrade the account and get access to base game and expansion separately.

Yes, contact support@factorio.com, explain exactly what you want to refund and include all the emails and stuff you received.
