[2.0.32] Not able to target biter spawner that became hostile again

Hi,

we can not target some hostile biter spawners that were captured before. The game does not let us target them with neither tesla gun, nor sub-machine gun, nor destroyer capsules. I believe they were capture long before but became hostile again (but I can not remember 100%). Other spawners and buildings we can target just fine. I expect to be able to target all hostile buildings. The spawners itself work fine, they spawn hostile biters that attack us and we can also attack them.
It happens both during Multiplayer and Singleplayer on Windows and Linux versions. Multiple reloads did not fix the issue.
The issue only occurs with "auto" targeting. Force shooting with Shift+Space works.


Steps to reproduce:
In the savegame there are a few single biter spawners left of the 1.4M untapped copper ore patch. They can not be targeted automatically. I have not tried to reproduce it in a new game yet.

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for the report.

This is working correctly.

The spawners were indeed captured before and became wild again. After that, they are protected from automated shooting.
Their tooltip shows it:
