Selecting a new recipe in a full assembly machine or foundry produces storage cells

the assembly machine creates only one new storage cell and removes existing ware from the existing additional cell
the foundry endlessly produces storage cells

This behaviour is currently deemed acceptable as it can be done manually only.
Duplicate of 123664 Crusher adds more and more trash slots.
