Relevant ship is the one named: [calcite][nauvis] The Calcite Commander

What did you do?
Pasted this ship, set the schedule and requests MINUS the calcite, let it build, enabled calcite and set to automatic.

What happened?
Ship built and fueled up, fulfilled requests, but never left Vulcanus.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
Ship should have left Vulcanus due to schedule but it perpetually remains in orbit.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Ship remains in orbit whenever savefile is loaded (with or without mods)

Unchecking "Auto request missing construction materials" causes the ship to immediately dispatch

Platform's Vulcanus Resupply interrupt has condition "Vulcanus import zero", it triggers every tick the platform is trying to leave, because the platform's construction requests' items are indeed zero in the hub.
Adding a "1 s passed" wait condition to the interrupt helps to visualize this.
Adding "Circuit [Vulcanus] != 3" condition should help, as it allows the interrupt to trigger on other planets only.
