Rocket silo is not automatically sending the items requested by space platform

My space platform is requesting 300 uranium ammo, and at the moment it only has about 100. We have 8 silos accepting automatic requests from space platforms. The rockets are not launching. This is a recent problem, it has been working fine for hours.
On the platform, it lists the request as unfulfilled, meanwhile in the silos it lists the requests as fulfilled. At the same time, the ammo is still being loaded into the rocket, it just isn't automatically sending. It does work manually.
We tried switching the requests on and off, the automatic sending on and off, I deleted and replaced the request, i sent the platform away and brought it back, nothing has worked.

Are you using any mods?
What does it say when you mouse over the request on the platform?

Is it possible that the planet-to-request-from got changed?

I see a full storage alert. Is it for a planet chest, or one of other platforms?
What is the ammo amount in the logistic network?
How do other platforms' requests look like? Did they request that ammo?
What is the game version?
It might be quicker to attach your savefile.

1. no mods, and when i hover over it it lists it as unfulfilled

2. I doubled checked the planet it's requesting from and it is still Nauvis
3. The full storage alert is for a different space platform, that one is getting white science packs directly inserted and has been running for a while. In the logistics network on Nauvis there's currently 4.8k uranium ammo. Each of our 3 space platforms (including this one) is requesting this amount of ammo. I am uncertain of the version however it should be the latest as of today, 1/4/2025.
furthermore, i have uploaded the save file. It's important to note that we've played since i originally posted, and we even took that platform to vulcanus and back, and the problem persists (it seems like the uranium fuel cells are now experiencing this issue as well)

OK i think i figured it out!!! So our other platform that was also requesting that ammo was "hogging" the rockets the ammo in them was intended for that one, however they were unable to send due to it being full. I feel a little silly now for posting a bug report but thank you all for the help!!
