Please add ability to place bio-labs on Gleba

TL;DR
I want to be able to place bio-labs on Gleba to run my science packs.
What?
Currently, bio-labs can only be built and placed on Nauvis. It would be nice if I can at least place it on Gleba to run my research.
Why?
It would be great to have the ability to do research on any planet for that matter. For me I feel like Gleba would be a perfect location. Except that I can't place the bio-labs. It's kind of weird considering the fact that Gleba is a bio-planet and you can put normal labs there but not bio-labs.
