Currently we can build only one cargo landing pad. Factorio always had "if low on stuff, build more". We can't. So making cargo bay having one filtered output would give us our needed "build more". Or even have buildable item like unloader to attach to cargo bay. No more insert limitation from landing pad. Unload from bay.
