[2.0.28] Constant Combinators share settings on space platforms

I did not see this in any other posts after a quick search.
Server: Dedicated Server running windows headless on a second PC
Version: 2.0.28
In my current save... Constant combinators on space platforms are all linked. Changing the settings on one combinator will change all others across all space platforms. This has been confirmed across 12 different space platforms. I've noticed it in the past but thought I was just going crazy after all the building.... However, I confirmed this issue tonight with the rest of the players on my server.
Steps to replicate:
Select space platform A
Place a constant combinator
Set the combinator to 50 metallic asteroids
Select space platform B
Place a constant combinator
Inspec the settings of the newly placed combinator
Settings already show the same settings (same state) as the combinator placed on platform A
Change the settings of the combinator on platform B by adding 50 oxide asteroids
Select space platform A
Inspect the constant combinator placed earlier in the test steps
The constant combinator now displays the oxide asteroids which were set on platform B
Any and all changes to a constant combinator in space are synced with all other combinators in space.
Please let me know if this is not a bug or if you cannot replicate. Everyone on my server confirmed this behavior and we are using Arithmetic combinators as a workaround (basic multiplication against qty1 on the constant combinator).
I can provide a clip, or the save, if it will help.
