[2.0.28] No biter nests on nauvis with save from vanilla

I have the problem, that i bought the DLC and loaded my savefile from vanilla 2.0.
The file was generated in an earlier version of the game, I honestly cannot remember the exact version, but it must be prior to 1.0.
The savefile had no enemies and the size and frequency of enemy bases set to the minimum.

I loaded the file with the option that no items where changed, that means i could keep the lv. 3 productivity modules an my spidertrons.

The problem now is, that there are no biter nests on nauvis.
There are nests and enemies spawning on Gleba, but no matter how far I explore on Nauvis, there are no biter nests whatsoever.
I never used the command line or something like that, so I have no explanation why this does not work as intenden.

I played as far as I could, but now I hit the wall with my research.
Is there a solution for this problem without using the command line that lets me keep the archievements?
Or is the developement team working on the issue so that I can expect it to be fixed in a future update?

Best regards, Michel

For my specific case, as i converted the save file with all the lv III productivity modules intact, one could think, that there would be a workaround by recycling some of the lv III modules, get biter eggs and in this way be able to create an artificial biter nest...
.. if there wasn't the thing that you have to capture a biter nest before you can use the eggs at all, what brings me back to the original problem... no biter nests, no capturing one, no progress..

I looked into the settings via the editor (I am playing in german, so excuse the german text):

As far as I understand it, I should see some biters...
However, the checkbox remains unchecked here, maybe the conversion from a vanilla 2.0 file changes some values to make biters spawn, but somehow does not apply them.

This is a specific place where I changed nothing in the editor:

After that, I check the box "Feindbasen" (Enemy bases?) and hit confirm:

The same place now has several biter nests.

However, as i edited the map, now i won't get any achievements.
I think the conversion from a piecefull map in vanilla 2.0 to space age should at least change the settings in a way that biter nests will always spawn in new chunks. Otherwise it completely blocks the progress of the game.

It also seems as if the box (enemy bases) needs to remain checked for bases to be generated. If i check the box, hit apply and after that uncheck the box again and hit apply I am back to no generated bases again.
Oh and by the way, on Gleba I get normal Base generation without having to go into the editor, although the box for Gleba seems to be unchecked by default.

If someone wants to recreate what I experienced, here is a screenshot from the biter spawn:

Here is the specific save I used for the tests:
