Hello, I installed Factorio on multiple pc's, but one of them does not see v 2.0.28 as stable an stays on 2.0.23, now I have to manually update for multiplayer.

Am I the only one?
Is this a Steam issue?

I can fix it, but it's strange to me an feels like a bug in the system.

Likely just a steam issue, it will probably fix itself after a while.
Or it could be a network connectivity issue.

I highly doubt it's caused by Factorio itself though.
