TL;DR
Add more circuit options for reading platforms in orbit and silo launches for more advanced circuit control

Pretty straightforward, I think
Why?
Space logistics work well enough for a typical player, but are janky and limited if you want any sort of smarter behavior. More options for advanced players should be available if they so desire to use them. Cross surface circuitry would also be nice, but that's been suggested a billion times probably.

ACK. Shortly spoken you need some mechanism to send "surplus" material to the planet. I.e. demand, how much should stay on the platform, and only more than that should be dropped.

You might have "drop" orders and trash orders, both setting boundaries how much of distinct items should be stored. It would be awesome if an inserter could directly read a trash signal and remove such items to destroy. The really bad thing with platforms is, that you can't use any storage constructions. You may only use long conveyor belts.

- And I don't agree: it doesn't work well for a typical player. It only works for a player who doesn't automate his logistics. Full automisation is currently impossible.
