Super forced building creates underground belts but not underground pipes.

I would expect to create underground pipes the same way as belts.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

This looks like a feature request,
AFAIK pipes have never worked like belts (and the auto underground belt thing is only a 2.0 feature anyway=
