[2.0.28] Train fuel interface only allows Q-picking ghosts

What did you do? What happened?
Standing next to train, open train interface, fuel menu.
Q over rocket fuel in order to start manually filling the train with fuel.
Rocket fuel ghost gets selected, but rocket fuel is available in player inventory.
(also: Q-ing on any item in the user inventory over train interface : picks ghost instead of item)
If done so, placing fuel ghost in the train is possible while standing near to it.
This breaks the game logic for me, since this kind of placing ghosts is usually forbidden.
Clicking on fuel ghost : does not remove it, cannot remove it while standing near to the train. I think this is currently only possible using the remote viewer. Usually item ghosts can be removed from all slots while standing near to the entity.
What did you expect to happen instead?
To pick real rocket fuel instead of ghost.
To be able to remove mistakenly placed fuel ghosts while standing near to the train.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always.
