TL;DR

Colored indicators on Cargo bay, Landing pad, and Space platform hub should represent their channel status instead of airlock being open or not.

What?

Currently, indicator can be in either of these states:

• Green: Airlock open
• Yellow: Airlock opening or closing
• Red: Airlock closed

Proposal: Change it to represent status of cargo bay (ability to send or receive items):

• Green: Vacant; can receive or send items
• Yellow: Working; sending or receiving cargo pod
• Red: On cooldown; cannot receive nor sent items

Yellow & green meaning is subject for discussion here -- i.e. miners use green for "currently working" and yellow for "awaiting output"

Why?

Improves visibility of landing pad throughput. If you see all red -- you should expand cargo bays. Currently, these are purely aesthetical, but they can be changed to be functional too.
