Set conditions based on quality as inserter filters

Can we get ability to set conditions on logic same as inserters filter logic?
I want to read belt and stop it when they detect things with uncommon quality or higher, or lower than legendary.
Inserters have this option so why not have it for everything else too? I want to pause my belt so inserter can pickup anything with desired qualities so it can be shipped off by bots.
Ability to send quality signals for "set filter"

TL;DR
Allow us to send the quality signals to set filters like you're able to do it manually.
What?
Allowing us to send a signal for the quality with the ability to add operators to the same signal so we can apply the same logic to inserters and filters as we can manually
here's an example of what I mean:

A different way this could function is sending just the quality signals you want if it's not too difficult to code and the operators would be applied automatically

- quality filters without modifiers.png (666.81 KiB) Viewed 445 times
Why?
Since not only inserters have set filters but now also splitters it would be very useful to set it with combinators and not just manually.
And on top of that all the quality signals and operator signals are already in game so it would be a nice addition to the use of those since it's one of the things I first tried to do with just the quality signal but it didn't work.

TL;DR
Use quality circuit signals to set filters.

I suggest either
- The quality signals when input into inserters act as a filter for items matching the quality entered (Legendary in the example picture)
- The comparison operator signals when input into inserters will set the filter for items who's quality matches (Uncommon in the example picture)
- Both
Why?
This would be pretty helpful for some upcycling designs, and it seems a little strange that this is not in the game already.

[Koub] Merged a couple threads with the same suggestion.
