I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or is this a bug, but I keep getting holmium solution output instead of electrolyte, tried replacing everything and got same result. Any ideas what's wrong here?

Have you flushed those pipes? It could be that they connected to a Holmium line at some point, and got some fluid in them.

And furthermore, if you've changed the plant recipe, some holmium solution may be stuck in its hidden output buffer, so you may have to flush the pipes a few times to get it all out.
