Restore modded achievements after console usage

I would like to know if there is a way to restore achievements in a playthrough that used console commands. I have the gog version of the game and I am using mods in my save. I don't mind using an hex editor, but the info I found online didn't work so I'm guessing the file format changed.
Backstory:
I just finished a big build with trains and everything, when i notice I am one chunk off and I need to dismantle everything and rebuild it a little farther away. Since I don't feel like waiting to fire up the new build, I enter editor mode and cut-paste everything, which disabled achievements.
Now, I don't care about achievements THAT much so if it can't be done I'll live with it, but since it's my first run in space age it would be nice to get notified when I reach some milestone.
