when the pumpjack has a high production rate, most commonly found on vulcanus, it can stutter as it works, going between target full and working , i orginally thought this to be an issue with it's internal storage, since that's only 1000, but when modding to increase it, the problem still happens, it just takes a bit for the storage to fill up enough for the problem to continue , i tried this upto a internal storage of 5m, once it filled up to 2.5m the problem started again (no clue why it's), i assume this is some kind of throughput issue between the pumpjack and the fluid network, not sure what though, i tested this with a pumpjack on a acid node with speed mods, according to the entity tooltip, it should make about 11k/s, this goes up to 660k/m , but according to the production screen, it's only making about 180k/s , i see this as highly problematic as even with a near empty fluid network to put fluid into, the pumpjack just won't, let me know if you have an questions

weirdly enough, after removing most of my mods, the issue is kinda resolved, in the extreme case anyway, at that 5m capicity, it hovers at 911k, but i did use multiple legendary pumps to keep the pipes pretty much empty. gonna move it back down to normal, i doubt it works but it's worth a try

just realized i forgot to use speed mods, so it was only at around 1k/s for that last test, i bet if i used mods to boost that to the 10k to 20k range, it would be the same, and with the normal storage amount, 850/s base and 25k/s total, it still does the stuttering
