Enable/Disable Top-Right Gui Buttons

Similar to the shortcuts bar, it would be nice to be able to enable and disable the buttons near the map GUI. If there's a better name for them then I will change the title to that.

Totally agree that this part needs to be removable. Both the research bar and the buttons below is. I don't use those buttons and I don't need to see the research progress.
Tooltips can be so long that their bottom is cut off. Removing this part can help adding more space.
