[2.0.23] Platform location is out of date in the list of platforms.

What did you do?
I sent a platform on a "long distance" journey, i.e. one where it cannot fly directly from the starting location to the destination, and has to go through another location on the way.
What happened?
The platform would show up on the list of platforms as being in one segment (e.g. on a journey from Aquilo to Nauvis, it would show up as being between Aquilo and Gleba) but would actually be in a different segment (Gleba to Nauvis). It doesn't always occur, but when it would it would always show up as being on the older segment of the trip and never a future segement; e.g. using the previous example, while it could show up as being between Aquilo and Gleba when actually between Gleba and Nauvis, it would never show as being being between Gleba an Nauvis when it was still going from Aquilo to Gleba. In other words, its position on the list seemed to lag behind where it actually was, as if it wasn't updated when it changed segments.
Mousing over the platform in the list would show the actual location in the window that pops up.
What did you expect to happen instead?
The platform list to show the actual segment of the space map that the platform is in.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Unfortunately this only happens sometimes. I'm also not sure if it can happen on short, automated journeys (ones where you don't have to pass through another point on the space map) when those switch from one destination to the next, as I don't generally monitor those closely.
