TL;DR

You should be able to upgrade existing space platform hub to a higher quality by sending space platform starter pack of that quality

What?

How it can be done:
Space platform starter pack should have placement result with placement restrictions, so that delivering it to the orbit allows automatic, upgrading, and it will be automatically requested from the ground if needed.

Why?

1. Currently (2.0.24), you can create such upgrade request by pipetting space platform hub and then using quality scroll

2. Currently (2.0.24), you can create space platform hubs of higher quality by creating a new platform using quality starter pack

3. Currently (2.0.24), you cannot upgrade existing platform's hub without cheats or mods -- only destroy/forget the platform and create new one which contradicts the 2.0 philosophy (what can be done, should be able to be undone -- see FFF-383)

Also increase one extra line of inventory per rarity, or whatever the cargo bay quality does.
That would make it align with already existing tech, since currently quality on starterpack does nothing.

Cargo bays provide +30% per rarity, and extra +30% for legendary (for a +150% total).
Space platform hub has +5 slots per quality (looks fixed) which is only 20%. It doesn't o_O.

I want to be able to upgrade my promethium ship's hub now I have the legendary materials available. If a biter mutiny happens the extra health could save my ship, but I don't want to have to rip down my ship and make a new one just to do this.
