2.0.23 base mod only. Space Age, elevated rails, quality mods are disabled.

Steps to reproduce:

Start new freeplay game. Activate editor mode by typing /editor twice in the console.

Use editor mode only to place an infinity chest. Exit editor mode.

Use infinity chest to get a rocket silo. Place rocket silo.

Rocket silo has no "Send to orbit automatically" checkbox.

I tried to build a small factory around it to prepare rockets to launch satellites, all that works. It can launch satellites to win the game and get space science packs back. But each time it requires me to press the Launch button. The checkbox never appeared.

Maybe it's an issue with editor mode? Haven't played all the way through vanilla to check.

Update: I upgraded to experimental version 2.0.24 to see if the checkbox came back.

It did not. The above series of steps still produces rocket silos with no checkbox for automatic launch.

More info: building the rocket silo using editor mode directly leads to the same situation.

Observation: another thread is reporting problems with the checkbox on a ghost in 2.0.23
