[2.0.23] Crash on ongoing session when going back after window change

Describe the problem by answering these questions
What did you do? I put the game on pause and changed to my web browser to start a new video
When I clicked back on the factorio session, I received a crash message and a report it to you, no real detail.
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway! Clicking back on the game, and than unpause.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes? Only happened once at the moment
