[20.0.23] Changing recipe on foundry expands foundry's inventory infinitely

Hi!
While remotely screwing about with my foundries on Vulcanus I encountered the following behavior:
I opened the recipe menu from map view on a foundry making gears from molten iron who's output was full, and selected the currently active recipe. The foundry then gained a new output slot and began to fill it with gears. By repeating the process I was able to get a foundry that contained over 1000 iron gears while the output was full. I noted that this behavior did not occur for certain recipes that required item inputs, only foundries whose inputs were liquid only such as gears, copper cable, plates, steel, etc. Attempting to make this happen by personally walking up to the foundry to click on it caused the previously produced items to disappear into the ether.
I've attached my save file, my log file, and a screenshot of my overflowing foundry.
Thanks
