Burner insertor, prevent run out of fuel automated

Yes, I did not know who to write the title better

Ideea why this is relevant. After you unlock electricity, burner insertor are used ... ok after you have tons of resource that you don't need to use them all all -> they are only used in special situation where it's neccesary to have them working without electricity. A good exemple is the last planet, anything to do with electricity that is not circuit controled with accumulator and other set up. And the list actually goes on exactly because we are talking about special situations, and most of all, the freedom to do things how we want regadless of efficiency or other logical decision that are not needed when people want to have fun

Also, with quality, the "they are to slow" can be somewhat compansated, so they are getting better the better quality they are.

So, assuming I made clear the reason why this would improve gameplay FUN and special situations

The ideea is the following: the massive risk with burner insertors is that they run out of fuel and now they won't move until you manually refuel them.... So why can't we have decision combinator level of beheviour? If Fuel is equal or more then x, work normally. If fuel is less then X, do NOT pick up anything unless it's what you need to fuel yourself up.

And as far as I can tell, the X already exist, aka when it decides to fuel itself insted of the target output. So, if the condition "use fuel on yourself" is meet, the burner insertor to not pick up anything (like ores), except fuel needed for itself.

As burner inserters will fuel themselves if there is fuel before them, you can kinda do that with a decider:

This requires electricity though.

Alternatively, burner inserter could report its fuel to a signal, similar to how reactor/heating tower/biochamber do now.
