[Lou][2.0.24] Underground belt and pipe placement orders cliff deconstruction

Max length undergrounds that are auto-placed while dragging can deconstruct cliffs even without holding the ghost or force build options.
It seems unintended since nothing else will deconstruct cliffs without holding a special button for it
