I think it would be cool to have more circuit conditions for the Rocket Silo. Most useful to me would be "Select destination" that could be used with selector combinators somehow, and "Launch". The latter could either be a signal or built-in condition.

This would be great for accomplishing mixed-load rockets that allow for more granular build-packs or small ad-hoc requests.
