Can not save manually .22

I can start a new game and play for a while and only rely on auto saves. When i try and save the game it freezes for 2 minutes or so then comes up with the error message http://puu.sh/hQSFh/63901421b0.jpg. After this it closes the game and i have to load from an autosave.
