[Rseding91] [2.0.23] Sending rocket automatically cannot be set on ghost rocket silo

The checkbox "Send to orbit automatically" from a rocket silo cannot be reconfigured by hand while the building is a ghost.
- I place a ghost rocket silo.
- I open/click on it, while it's still a ghost, to check the "Send to orbit automatically" box.
- I click on the checkbox to activate it. => It's marked as checked.
- I close the ghost rocket silo window (either by pressing "E" or "Escape" or on the cross with my mouse).
- I reopen the ghost rocket silo window. => it's not checked anymore.
I would have expected it to stay checked.
The bug happens everytime when I change the configuration by hand.
Copy/pasting from a existing built rocket silo will save the reconfiguration.
