Braking Force Tech applies to Tanks

TL;DR
Braking Force Technology improves Tank brakes
What?
The Braking Force improvements should apply to tanks and other heavy vehicles in addition to trains.
Why?
Improving fuels makes the tank accelerate much faster forward. It doesn't seem to improve the stopping ability though. You end up drifting a long distance when trying to stop. It would be helpful if the technology that improves train breaks also improved the breaks on other vehicles as well. It would make the tech more meaningful for people who aren't using trains much as well.

It's not just fuel. The real issue is exoskeletons, which can give you massive acceleration with no improvement to braking.
Personally I'd rather just see braking force improve with the number of exos you have in it.

+500 from me. Did you know that tank on nuclear rocket fuel can ram through 4 layers of walls while also breaking?

While I would like it as well, as per
Add new research: car braking force it is quite unlikely to happen in vanilla.

This whould be nice to have.. currently the best solution I have ais having measured out bits of pavement where if I start braking at the start of them, I should have come to a stop once in the "garage".
