[2.0.21-5] Heating tower connected to heat pipes & heat exchangers runs out of fuel. Temperature never drops below 513C

I have a heating tower connected to 4 heat exchangers via heat pipes. When it runs out of fuel, the temperature drops steadily until just above 513C, at which point the speed of decrease slows and then finally stops at 513C exactly. It's been at this temperature for many minutes.
The heat exchangers are a mix of "low temperature", "working" (but outputting 0/s) - there are partially filled steam storage tanks, so it should be outputting steam if able I thought.
Just odd.

The temperature of the heat pips steps down by 1C per tile from 512C to 502/501C.

I would expect the temperature of the heating tower to keep dropping below 513C.

Thanks for the report however I don't consider this worth changing. This is the behavior of reactors since forever and is not new in 2.0/space age.

A heat exchanger can't lower the temperature below 500. Since there needs to be a gradient for heat to move, it converges to this 1 C per tile with the heat exchangers at 500 C and the heating tower at some higher temperature.
