[boskid][2.0.21] Disabled gun turret with 0 health, cannot deconstruct, won't die

Using a row of gun turrets connected by wire to enable/disable all them at once by signal. Several turrets are destroyed by demolisher's actions, then a few turrets get disconnected from wire and become disabled. Health decreases to zero, but those turrets won't die. After dealing with the demolisher, I deconstructed to reuse everything, but those few turrets cannot be deconstructed.

I can open the gui for the turret, add or remove ammo, etc. The only way I have found to deal with the bug is to unmark (one by one, for each gun turret) the "enable/disable" by condition, so the turret is immediately destroyed (as health is zero).
Attached a save file where you can check it.

Heh, they are in a dying state which requires them to remain active for anination purposes but control behavior deactivates it. That should be an easy fix

Thanks for the report. Issue is now fixed for 2.0.24.
