Add spoilage priority to loaders

The vanilla loaders (which are used as a basis by some mods) do not have a setting to prioritize most or least spoiled items like inserters do.
Would it be possible to add this option?
Loaders: add "Spoiled priority" setting

Which conversation did you merge this into. I think

Which conversation did you merge this into. I think
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=123696 used to be one, but it appears to have been removed.
Once threads are merged, only links to the oldest one (or specific posts) will work. It appears that there was a thread of one post on December 4 merged into a thread of one post from December 1.
