Ctrl+X then Ctrl+Z the ghost of this blueprint makes some mines disappear. Not to mention that if I build mines close enough the sometimes appear green as if I can build them but cant be built.
Tested it again. Happens on water. I discovered it while building flooded terrain on Gleba and I didn't consider that this makes a difference.

Also could not reproduce this (neither on 2.0.23 nor the latest). Could you maybe provide a video or more exact steps to reproduce this?

I am able to reproduce it with the provided bp on water in base game 2.0.24. Just force placing the bp, deconstructing using the decon planner and then undo:

Thanks both for the report and for the images (helped in reproduction).
Underlying issue was, when an entity ghost was dependent on two or more tile ghosts, the rder of records in the undo was incorrect, because the entity ghost removal was induced at the moment of first supporting tile ghost removal (and thus before the other supporting tile ghosts).
