[2.0.21] Items on underground belt in space pop up to surface belt

Things in [ ... ] are Specific items/statements that aren't necessary the cause, but my particular use case.

1. I have an assembling machine unloading [water] from [water barrels].
2. These [barrels] are then inserted to an underground belt that goes --> on my space platform.
3. At some point it intersects an above ground belt [Of a different color] [that's at a 90 degree angle to the underground belt, so a +]
4. When the aboveground belt has a gap in it from a slow feed, kablam some [barrels] suddenly appear on the surface belt and screw things up.

It's nearly impossible to think the barrels are crossing underground exactly at the moment at the + intersection there is 'space' for them to insert.. but magically they somehow do. To correct this I now take barrels off the 'end' of my 'ice' line, and inject them into space a second time.

see screenshot.
see trimmed down blueprint.

It seem quite obvious that the empty barrel come from this inserter, which seem to have no other purpose than putting empty barrel in the carbon place

OMG I overlooked the one inserter leaving the assembly machine as there are three inserters in that area, I checked the two to ensure they were filtering. How silly of me, the actual assembler with the barrel is not filtered, not to mention there is no reason for that particular inserter to even be there. It was an artifact from the previous assembler config.

Thanks so much for finding my oversight.

How do I Delete-UnSubmit / Archive an invalid bug report?

You can't ! !!!

Though it doesn't really matter , it's quite often that one doesn't see the obvious, at least me x)
