Additional tooltip production statistics format options

TL;DR
Add the option to change the format of the production statistics displayed in production building tooltips from the default items/sec to items/min, and/or add more decimal places to the displayed numbers
What?
It could be a toggle in the interface options to switch from items/sec to items/min or it could be a slider to choose the number of displayed decimal places
Why?
When looking at the tooltip for a production building, I find the default numbers hard to work with, especially when the quantity of items/sec is very low. When doing calculations with those numbers, rounding errors quickly accumulate and I end up using a external calculator anyways to be more accurate.
