Testing in editor, a Normal pumpjack on a 1000% oil field . 100/second +30% from unlocking tech in editor produces about 7800/minute


Changing it to a Legendary quality pumpjack, the production goes down drasticly to about 3300/minute

Other qualities gradually go down too but legendary has the biggest jump downward.

The tooltip does not change, but the difference is visible in production statistics.

The resource drain does function, as a normal goes down a lot quicker (very noticeable when running 64x speed), so long term, the legendary pumpjack will get a lot more total oil, but the value is neglible on high % liquids if the direct production per second goes down so much.

But what's strange is that both have mining speed 1/s , but production per second/minute is vastly different.

Can confirm this behavior, higher quality pumpjacks produce less fluid per second which is counter-intuitive to the way higher quality mining drills work for example. The quality resource drain works but it somehow also reduces the crafting speed.
If the resource node is depleted (20%) higher quality pumpjjacks are therefore worse than normal ones.
