[Raiguard][2.0.21] Steam Deck , Mod Manager interface out of screen

the Mod manager interface in the steam deck rendered oddly.
I have no Idea if this is a space age thing, or my steam deck thing, I touched it today and found the mod manager all weird.
other info:
- canceling or finishing update all will return the UI to it glitched/stretched out shape
- canceling update all will disable the "update all" button until some item get unchecked/checked before it activate

- My interface setting at 100%

- I can not access the Delete button

- Going to update and activating update all will re render the UI, but now I can not scroll

- Trying to drag the window to the side will reveal this blank zone
