[2.0.21] Items landing from space platforms miss the landing pad

On one of my planets (Aquilo) items that land from space platforms started missing the landing pad. They instead landed as if I didn't have the landing pad. I first thought that it would be caused by having insufficient number of cargo bays ready to accept the pods with item, but building more of them didn't help at all.
This made the game very problematic for me, as I bring ice from platform to Aquilo to make sure I never run out of it for my nuclear power (chemical plants that produce ice are full of ammonia most of the time). And as I didn't notice the problem for a while (I had other alerts blinking and didn't notice this one), I actually ran out of the ice and had a complete energy blackout. Restarting the production was very painful and I had to place the ice from landed pods manually and converting ice to water in a separate power grid to restart everything - it took about one hour.
Removing and building the landing pad again seems to have helped, but it would be much better if it didn't happen in the first place.
