[2.0.22] High UPS Cost Asteroid Collector

Currently I am building a 5k SPM base with the Space Age DLC and everything is going great. However, I had to notice that Prometheus science costs a lot of UPS. I have eight spacecraft flying to the Shattered Planet to collect Prometheus and have noticed that I drop to 30 UPS or less when the spacecraft fly off. When I call up the Debug menu and have it displayed with the Entity Time Usage, I see the AsteroidCollector needs 10ms. Sure, I have a high amount of collectors, but it takes a lot to produce 5k SPM. The asteroids, on the other hand, consume only 1ms as a comparison.

May be related to 118736 Endgame trip to Shattered Planet is incredibly laggy, in which an Asteroid Collector performance optimization is mentioned as in progress.

This is the same cause. It doesn't matter if you travel complety to the planet or not. In my case my ships return after about 100000km.

It gets worse the more Asteroid Collector you add.
Asteroid Collector which are inactive or have been disabled by circuit wont consume any or really low amount of UPS.

I will try to send a Debug report in the weekend. At the moment i'm traveling for my job.

Confirmed: Asteroid collector is causing huge UPS impact, even when the spaceship is already stationary at the shattered planet.
