Allow adding technologies to the queue if they come after a trigger technology

What?

Title.

Why?

This would purely be a convenience thing. As it currently stands, if you're waiting on a trigger technology to unlock, you can't queue any technologies that require that trigger technology. For example, if you're still working on getting oil to extract, you can't queue research processing, sulfur, plastic, and such until you've unlocked that trigger technology. If you could instead queue the technologies, it would allow a more seamless progression since you'll immediately start researching the technologies that follow after the trigger instead of having to open up the technology menu to add them.

One possible way to do this would be by first adding the trigger technology to the queue, followed by anything that depends on it.

Yeah, would really like this. It's pretty annoying when you know exactly what you want to do next, like when you've researched everything except oil stuff already but you can't queue things up yet because of the trigger technology. In terms of convenience, as it is it's a step backwards in terms of convenience compared to v1.1
