[2.0.21] Automatic underground belt placement connects to and interrupts other transport lines

Overview:

See attached video. Not sure if related to 122935.

Bug only happens if starting on the tile next to the power pole. If starting one tile further away, the result is as expected.

What happens:
Underground transport belt is placed in the middle of another transport line, breaking it and redirecting it's items to the newly build one.
Also note that belts are placed and then a deconstruction request is made on them, that is strange, not sure if this is also a bug.

Expected:
Create a transport line that can be used to transfer items from one end to the other.
Not breaking existing transport lines.
None of the both apply.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

Always

You have to start on the power pole for this to happen, next to it works fine.

I tried it, here are some updates:
If starting on the power pole, this always happens.
If starting next to the power pole, there are two cases:
- having underground belts in the inventory: works fine
- having no underground belts in the inventory (but e.g. in the logistic network): faulty placement

I have no idea why would it matter having or not having it in the inventory.

This indicates this is directly connected to / a duplicate of 122935 (which is marked as duplicate, without having any more post about issues which seem to be linked).
