I am not sure this is reported or not. But it seems that I can delete some ice platform, and sometime I can't.

Thank you for the report. Could you provide a save game where you observed this (when I tried steps following the video, I did not encounter the bug).
(possibly the same cause as
122024 , but on 2.0.20 )

Not a game bug, but rather a mod bug.
